Buyers
Homebuyers today are blessed with lots of selection and low interest rates. ALWAYS get pre-approved by your lender, especially first-time buyers and even if you’ve bought property before; situations change fast in real estate. Pre-approval is different and stronger than a qualifying letter; it means your income and debt has been verified
and an underwriter has reviewed you … no surprises later. You
should be able to get a written commitment letter to start home shopping.
Make a list of your preferences and requirements. Compare lists with your spouse or partner or kids or parents or trusted advisors. Get agreement from everyone who will live in the home.
The property search on this website offers many parameters and a good keyword search.
Remember that a REALTOR® can search minute detail, more than you can on the Internet, and probably save you time on your quest . Be sure to get represented in your purchase; a listing agent’s loyalty and fiduciary duty is to a seller, they seldom give up commission for a buyer. This is a major purchase, don’t assume you can go it alone.
Since you came to this website, you’re probably interested in owning horses. Colorado is a good place for them because of our 300 days a year of sunshine. Parker, Colorado, is a small town getting bigger; it is a nice, friendly place to live, has horse property and is a reasonable commute to jobs in the Tech Center and idyllic if you work from home.
